Terms of Use

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Claims Northwest LLC, a Washington limited liability company that operates WardTable ("WardTable," "we," "us"). They apply to your use of wardtable.com and app.wardtable.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What WardTable is

WardTable is a free tool that helps volunteers coordinate meals for missionaries and for households in need. It is an independent community tool, not an official product or service of, and not endorsed by, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Food and safety

Meals are prepared and delivered by volunteers, not by WardTable. WardTable does not prepare, inspect or deliver food. Volunteers are responsible for following dietary needs and allergy information and for safe food handling. Recipients should confirm allergy-sensitive details directly with their coordinator or volunteer. Use good judgment about personal safety when delivering or receiving meals.

Messages

By signing up for a meal, you agree to receive transactional emails about it. Text messages are optional and governed by the Text Message Terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to send spam or advertising, harass anyone, collect people's information for other purposes, post unlawful content, or interfere with the Service's security or operation. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

No warranty

The Service is provided free, "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running and messages delivered, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every email or text will arrive. Coordinators should keep a backup way to reach volunteers and families.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Claims Northwest LLC and the people who operate WardTable are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for anything arising from meals prepared, delivered or received through the Service, missed or delayed messages, or the actions of other users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes and ending use

We may change the Service or these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your contact details from your private link.
