Free meal coordination for wards

Coordinate meals.
Care for one another.

WardTable gives your ward one simple place to schedule dinners for the missionaries and meals for families going through a new baby, illness, recovery or loss. No accounts for volunteers, no group-text chaos, and private details stay private.

Two kinds of meals, one calendar

Missionary meals

A calendar for every companionship

Members pick a companionship and an open date from their phone, enter their contact details, and get a private link to change or cancel. Dietary needs and headcount are always in view. Two people can't book the same night.

Family support

Meals for a family in need

Set up a short campaign with the dates a family needs meals. Volunteers join by private invitation, pick a date, and see the delivery address only after they sign up, and only if the family allowed it.

Reminders that just happen

Confirmations and a day-before reminder go out by email automatically. Volunteers can opt in to text reminders too.

Built for coordinators

See every upcoming meal and open night at a glance, block conference weekends, confirm times, and add a backup coordinator so nothing depends on one person.

Families stay in control

Families approve what volunteers may see, update dietary needs or instructions, and can pause meals at any time. Volunteers who already signed up are asked to hold.

Free

WardTable is free for wards and stakes. There's nothing to install and no app to download.

How it works

Coordinators

  1. Set up your ward with your email (we send a sign-in code, so there's no password to share).
  2. Add each companionship's names, headcount and dietary needs, or start a family support campaign.
  3. Share your ward's calendar link or a private family invitation.

Volunteers

  1. Open the link and choose an open date.
  2. Enter your name, email and (optionally) phone.
  3. Get a confirmation and a reminder. Use your private link to change or cancel.

Running meals for a whole stake? Start with one ward, then add others. Each ward gets its own coordinator and calendar.

Private by design

Contact details stay private

Public calendars show open dates, missionary names and dietary needs, never volunteers' phone numbers or emails.

Families aren't listed publicly

Family campaigns never appear on the ward calendar. Addresses and instructions are encrypted and shown only to volunteers who signed up, if the family agreed.

Automatic clean-up

Contact details are deleted 90 days after a meal. Volunteers can delete their own details sooner.

Read the Privacy Policy.

Questions

Do volunteers need an account?

No. Volunteers sign up for a meal with just a name and email. Only coordinators sign in, using a one-time code sent to their email.

Is WardTable an official Church tool?

No. WardTable is an independent community tool and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It doesn't connect to Church systems or membership records.

What does it cost?

Nothing for wards, coordinators or volunteers.

Will I get text messages?

Only if you tick the optional "text me" box when you sign up. Reply STOP anytime. See the Text Message Terms.

What should a family share?

Only what helps with meals: household size, allergies and dietary needs, a delivery window and address. Never share medical details or the reason meals are needed.

How do I get help?

Ask your ward coordinator about a specific meal. For anything else, email [email protected].
